We are always pleased to assist long standing clients and friends, Dutch and Donna Nie. Their Janowiak Chapel location was an acquisition that sits on a historical corner in Ypsilanti, Michigan.  The interior design objective needed to include deference to community history, to owner’s existing families and to the community at large.  And while the facility had been well maintained, it was in need of a fundamental refresh.  We added walls to create new spaces allowing the existing footprint to operate with today’s hospitality.  We were able to add five new spaces all within the existing footprint, just by re-imagining the space.  What a difference!
