Our purpose is two-fold

We help funeral home owners brand their business through interior design.  Our design must have a long-lasting, positive effect on their bottom line.  We help friends and family to talk more freely, grieve more easily and celebrate more fully, the life of a loved one.

Owner & Managing Director

With a background in residential, commercial, country club and banquet interior design, Tam worked on our first funeral home design over 15 years ago. “Right away, I knew this was the type of design that would benefit others in a real way. We’ve been privileged to work with funeral home owners across the country. Serving this industry allows us to help families nationwide.”

Interior Designer, Project Management

Carolyn is a vital part of the team, overseeing all aspects of project management from the start of a project through selection timeframe oversight, then onto order expediting and the tracking of merchandise. Carolyn received her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design with Mount Mary University, Milwaukee. Since that time, Carolyn has worked in both residential and commercial design, developing an expertise for a broad array of clientele. Carolyn is an valued asset to us and to our clients.

Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

Jen joins the FFH design team! And with a wealth of industry experience and a background in hospitality design, Jen positively affects our marketing and business development efforts. Jen’s expertise includes drafting, project management, and design selection in addition to her marketing and social media skillset. She has the ability to pinpoint areas of need and find the right solution for that challenge.

Junior Interior Designer, BFA, IIDA

Leticia graduated from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design in 2019, attaining a BFA with focus in Interior Architecture & Design. She “enjoys seeing the transformation of a space.” Leticia is a mother of three, two boys and a girl. However, in 2015, her first son gained his wings at just six days after his birth. Because of her own personal loss and in combination with her degree, Leticia believes the funeral industry is where she is compelled to put her design experience to work, creating amazing spaces for people in their time of loss. Leticia adds, “In my spare time (which you don’t really have with toddlers), I enjoy designing and sewing fun styles of clothing for family and friends.”

In August 2020 Ellen joined us as our Customer Support Representative and Marketing Assistant. With 20+ years of experience in the Customer Service industry, she knows first-hand how important client relationships are. She uses her expertise on the furnitureforfuneralhomes.com side of the business, working directly with clients who are looking to refresh their existing furnishings but without the need for a full redesign. She enjoys working on various craft projects or reading in her free time.
