Conroy ​​Funeral Home

Conroy Funeral Home is a family owned and operated facility in Springfield, Ohio.  This generational funeral home was established in an amazing turn-of-the-century Victorian with Arts and Crafts features.  Both the Conroy family and the facility were a joy to work with.

There had been two major additions to the home and as with any 100+ year old structure, there were challenges to the design.  Ceiling, electrical, and carpentry were high on the list of challenges but the owners were troopers and we were able to pull the facility together: old meets new while giving a nod to the original architecture.  FFH design added molding, tricks for ceiling detail, refreshed the original millwork, carpet, paint, wallcovering and furnishings.  And, paying close attention to the history of Springfield, we added a historical collage for conversation.  Thank you Kyle and family, for the opportunity to work with you on this transformation.
